Recipe: Steel Cut Oats (Spring)

I've had several of my cleansers ask for this, but the truth is I rarely write down my recipes - much to my family's disappointment. I cook based on taste and sprinkle in a little of this or that depending on how I feel or the season. Steel cut oats are no exception. Every season is just a little different.
