Did you know that every yoga asana (pose) is designed to help the body naturally eliminate toxicity and waste? It also improves posture, flexibility, oxygenation of the organs, circulation, balance and gross motor skills.

We couple Ayurveda with Yoga to maximize the effectiveness of a customized program. Additionally, we offer regularly scheduled daily classes for continued support.
