If you are coming to the mountains in Winter Park, Colorado for your offsite, we have loads of ideas on venues, lodging, activities, dining, and more. We offer full turnkey and a-la-carte options.



  • 1/2 day, full day and hourly options are available

  • Minimum of 5 participants

  • Volume discounts at 10+ participants

  • Reservations must be booked a minimum of 2 weeks in advance

  • 50% deposit of total required at the time of booking with remainder balance payable 7 days prior to event

  • 75% refund of deposit if cancelled by midnight 7-days prior to event.  No refunds permitted after that date.

  • Confirmed total headcount 7-days prior to event.

  • 5% discount will be honored if you are a member of Ascending Spirit.

  • All materials for art, soul collage, mind mapping and cooking classes will be provided.

  • Yoga mats, blankets, straps and blocks are available for rent.
