Breathwork
Connect with breathwork coaches, find how-to videos, join a live or virtual class, and find at-home practices. We have a little something for everyone, so feel free to explore, test and implement diaphragmatic breathing to improve nervous system regulation.

Here are some facts about breathing:
-
Diaphragmatic breathing stimulates the vagus nerve which activates the parasympathetic nervous system and reduces fight or flight stress
-
Conscious breathing improves neuroplasticity
-
Known to improve cardiovascular health by lowering blood pressure and heart rate
-
Deliberate, slow breathing causes over-thinking to stop as the participant focuses on the counting or breathing technique
-
Can significantly reduce symptoms of anxiety, stress, trauma and depression
-
Supports stress resilience by interrupting cortisol signaling and repetitive thoughts or circular thinking
