This one-hour class will focus intensely on core and trunk strengthening using body weight and resistance bands. The session will include long-hold poses interspersed with some quick transition flow sequences to build heart rate and stamina. 8-class minimum commitment is optimal. Expect to improve muscle tone, balance, stability and VO2 max. We will use various props such as straps, stability discs, mats, and wheels. This class is best suited for intermediate to advanced yogis, and will move at a moderate-to-fast pace.
