This is a 30-minute reset designed to help with lymph drainage, circulation and relaxation. It's the only sweat workout you'll get in the county where someone plays sound bowls, drums, gongs and other instruments to help you meditate.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a service appointment or class within 12 hours of your reservation and/or transfer to a new time at no charge. Cancellations or no-shows after this timeframe will be charged the full amount.
