Service Description
Steam therapy helps to hydrate the nasal cavity, moistens the respiratory channels and supports the break up of mucus, phlegm and lymph so the body can naturally detox. In addition, steam therapy has been proven to support muscle recovery and relaxation, detoxification, skin health and circulation. In this private setting, you'll have 20 minutes to relax in our steam chamber while listening to soothing music and breathing in the essential oils appropriate for your healing intention.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a service appointment or class within 12 hours of your reservation and/or transfer to a new time at no charge. Cancellations or no-shows after this timeframe will be charged the full amount.
