This 60-minute session is designed for the ultimate relaxing experience.
Service Description
In one of our private treatment rooms, you'll be immersed in the beautiful world of sound. We use a variety of instruments to help you slip into the alpha and/or theta brainwave state where the parasympathetic nervous system has the optimal environment to naturally heal the body. Depending on your constitution and the goals of your session, we may utilize aromatherapy. This 60-minute session includes 5 minutes of discussion, 5 minutes of pranayama, 40 minutes of sound therapy, 5 minutes of silent integration and a 5-minute closure. Although you will be invited to lie on a heated massage table, we recommend you dress warmly and comfortably.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a service appointment or class within 12 hours of your reservation and/or transfer to a new time at no charge. Cancellations or no-shows after this timeframe will be charged the full amount.
