Online Class - Intro to Breathwork
Quarterly class for beginners. Learn how to use breathwork to reduce stress & meditate.
Service Description
In this 2-hour class you'll learn a variety of Ayurveda breathwork techniques called pranayamas. We'll teach via live demonstration online, and then you'll have an opportunity to practice with the group. In addition to the class, you'll receive a PDF handout with instructions and links to a few how-to videos so you can continue to practice on your own. We'll finish the class with a 20-minute guided meditation in which you'll learn best practices for meditation and how to use breathwork to support longer meditations. What you'll need: - Google Meet (online video conference service) - Pen & Paper for notes if desired - Hardback, upright chair or block or bolster for those seated on the floor - Optional for the meditation: eye mask & blanket

Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature and popularity of our business, we require 48-business hour notification of cancellations or a rescheduling request for private sessions (prior to your appointment time) in order for you to receive a full refund. Cancellations must be completed during normal business hours Mon-Fri 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. either via our website, by phone at 832.671.6680 or email at info@ascendingspiritwp.com. Weekend cancellations are not accepted and do not meet the criteria of 48-business hour notification . We do not offer refunds for no shows or cancellations that fall within 24-hours prior to the appointment or class. We reserve the right to no longer accept reservations from guests who are non-compliant 2 or more times with this Cancellation Policy. As a courtesy to our therapists and other guests seeking appointments, we encourage you to book therapy sessions no more than 30-days in advance. Please review the Release & Waiver of Liability which includes contraindications for each appropriate service. If any of these conditions apply, you are responsible for seeking professional medical advice from your physician and communicating the outcome of these discussions with your Ascending Spirit, LLC therapist 24-hours prior to your appointment and again upon arrival.
