A dedicated space and time for a consistent meditation practice
Service Description
Imagine 60-minutes of uninterrupted 'me time'. Sounds like bliss, doesn't it? During your session we'll focus solely on your needs and help you go deeper into your meditation practice. We'll discuss obstacles and introduce new techniques to help you overcome barriers. Each session will build on the last eventually adding longevity, establishing consistency, and progressing into sitting, walking and waking meditations.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a service appointment or class within 12 hours of your reservation and/or transfer to a new time at no charge. Cancellations or no-shows after this timeframe will be charged the full amount.
