Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY We understand that life happens. Here's how we handle changes: • Deposits are non-refundable but fully transferable to any future retreat within 12 months. • Cancellations 60+ days before the retreat: Full refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit. • Cancellations 30-60 days before the retreat: 50% refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit, OR full credit toward a future retreat. • Cancellations less than 30 days before the retreat: Non-refundable, but your full payment can be transferred to a future retreat within 12 months OR gifted to another guest of your choosing. • In the rare event we need to cancel a retreat, you'll receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including deposit.
