A one-hour consultation will help you discover your primary doshic constitution and will give you an opportunity to privately discuss your health goals with a certified Ayurveda Health Advisor. You can book a consultation directly through our website for an online or in-person visit, and we'll call to confirm and prepare you for your appointment. What you can expect during your visit: - A review of your current lifestyle, concerns, relationships, and diet - Analysis of how you spend your time and energy - A tongue, eyes, and nail assessment to determine imbalances - Pulse reading (if in person) - Discussion about your healthcare regimen Outcomes: - A personal guide to your doshic constitution (prakruti) - Understanding of which doshas need support currently (vikruti) - Plan and recommendations for rebalancing the doshas - Scheduling your next appointment (if needed)
