A Mindful Walk with Photography
This guided mindful photo walk is an invitation to slow down, notice more, and reconnect with your surroundings—using photography as a simple and accessible tool for awareness.
Through a series of gentle prompts, you’ll explore:
- What naturally draws your attention
- How it feels to slow down and stay present
- The interplay of light and shadow
- The beauty in what’s often overlooked
- Creating space and stillness in what you see
This is not about taking perfect photos or learning technical skills. It’s about learning to see differently. You can follow along wherever you are—outside on a walk, at home, or anywhere you feel comfortable.
The guided portion is approximately 20 minutes, with time built in to pause and extend your experience if desired.
