About the event
Join me at our wellness center for this free educational event where I'll cover the basics of Ayurveda (history, benefits, core tenets and activities) while you enjoy happy hour.
This one-hour event will include a 30-minute lecture, a 15-minute meditation and 15-minute socializing period. It's designed to help those curious about Ayurveda discover the wonderful art of self-healing using all-natural remedies. Mocktails and snacks provided. (Maximum 10 participants)
