The recommended dinychara (daily practices) of Ayurveda are so luxurious, they feel like a treat! My personal care routine has become sacred - even my endless to-do list takes a backseat and can't interrupt this me-time.

 

My favorite practices are abhyanga (daily oil massage), garshana (dry brushing), tongue scraping, gandoosh (oil pulling), meditation, and yoga. I also practice nasya (nasal oiling) which keeps my sinuses from becoming too dry in the high elevation. The products in this collection are largely organic, plant-based and sustainably sourced, and many were produced by like-minded companies who believe in holistic healing.
