Service Description
Facilitator Lori Hammond will be visiting Winter Park to lead this awesome in-person group hypnotherapy session. Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic practice that uses guided hypnosis to help people achieve a state of deep relaxation and focused attention. In this lower brainwave state, Lori will guide us through a visualization exercise to help us compassionately review our relationship with scarcity and abundance. Bring a pillow, blanket, mat and eye mask if desired.
