Soul Collage Workshop

These are small, intimate workshops for 5-6 people where we create 5x7 cards that reflect the true nature of the soul. Using a process called Soul Collage, you'll take a guided journey into self-discovery and expression through art therapy. 

The instructor will provide prompts, journaling time and creation time for you to make 3-4 cards that can help you better understand your patterns, triggers and innate responses to external stimuli. During integration, you will have the opportunity to share your insights and experience with the group.

What to bring... yourself, a friend and a journal.

What's Provided:

• Materials: (magazines, scissors, glue, and cards) to make 3-4 5x7 cards for you to keep.
• Instruction: this is a guided processes to help you unlock the hidden meaning behind your image selection
• Refreshments: non-alcoholic beverages, mocktails and appetizers
