Service Description

This is a one-hour class designed to help you condition in preparation for ski season or sports participation. A typical class will include a focus on stability and balance, core strengthening, resistance training for muscle tone and light cardio. We will do multiple reps and move in relatively quick succession from one activity to the next while implementing breath techniques to build mental stamina and body awareness. This is a more advanced class that will elevate your heart rate. Each class will end with pranayama (breath work) and will close with savasana (meditation). Bolsters, yoga mats, blocks, blankets and straps are available to rent for $5. Otherwise, please be prepared with your own equipment and be sure to bring water.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature and popularity of our business, we require 48-business hour notification of cancellations or a rescheduling request for private sessions (prior to your appointment time) in order for you to receive a full refund. Cancellations must be completed during normal business hours Mon-Fri 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. either via our website, by phone at 832.671.6680 or email at Weekend cancellations are not accepted and do not meet the criteria of 72-business hour notification . We do not offer refunds for no shows or cancellations that fall within the 72-hour time period. We reserve the right to no longer accept reservations from guests who are non-compliant 2 or more times with this Cancellation Policy. As a courtesy to our therapists and other guests seeking appointments, we encourage you to book therapy sessions no more than 30-days in advance.
